1. Get in touch with a feeling YOU want to get rid of . Feel IT!!!!
2. Rate this feeling on a scale of 1-10, 10 being high.
3. 3x rubbing sore spot, “Even though I have thisI completely love accept
and forgive myself.
4. Tap through points 1-7 five to seven time with the reminder phrase.
This5. Rerate your feeling on 1-10 scale.
Repeat this process, using as a reminder phrase, this remaining.
If you have a feeling of two or less, Tap the gamut spot, (Which is right between your
Pinky and ring finger joints.
Take six to seven seconds, (looking straight ahead), and roll your eyes from the floor
to ceiling.
Repeat processes listed until you have a zero.
Then, test results.

Special Instructions on the Sore Spot
The sore spot is also called the “pledge spot” by some because it is located where would place your hand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Some EFT practitioners do not use it because they feel it is confusing to explain where it is. It’s really not that confusing. If you press your fingers into the left side of chest (where you’d place your hand for the Pledge of Allegiance), about halfway between the nipple and the collarbone, you should find a spongy area that’s a little “sore” if you press into it. This is the sore spot. You always rub the sore spot instead of tapping it.
